With great sadness I post the following statement.
First of all our thoughts and prayers are with the young girls family that was so tragically killed at the beach in Norfolk, no family should ever have to go through that. It's absolutely heart breaking.
We'd also like to reassure our customers and correct a few misleading headlines. We're aware of a lot comments on social media claiming this was a bouncy castle that exploded due to heat. It would seem this isn't the case. It would appear it is a sealed air trampoline. Very different to the bouncy castles we provide. The bouncy castles we supply have a constant airflow system, so outside air is being pumped into them all the time by a large fan and also they're leaking constantly through all the seams of the castle. Therefore making it absolutely impossible to "explode". Bouncy castles are used all over the world in much hotter climates than our current one. BOUNCY CASTLES DO NOT EXPLODE DUE TO HEAT.
Please rest assured if Bouncy castles are tested, set up correctly and ran correctly they are very safe.
There is absolutely no way we would ever risk a child's life.
All my inflatables are either under a year old or have been tested to meet the PIPA safety standards in May. Every inflatable has a QR code on them which you can scan, this takes you to the certificate for that castle with date and details or the test.
Any questions please ask.
